My Niveus arrived today! Packaged well, shipped fast. The visor on mine is a mess though. I'm going to have to strip the paint and repaint it myself. Glad I have him nonetheless.

Yeah dude, kinda cheesed off about it. Paint splash on the scope and a quarter of the visor is unpainted on the other side. Shouldn't be that hard to fix, just have to get some orange paint. Like I said, just glad to have him, and everything else is fine.

Both of mine arrived at the weekend, the visor on mine was a little off but I don't know about the second as its staying sealed

Mine too!!! "Brickstoy" must have made a killing on these, but a lot of DU fans happy. My visor isn't too bad, just a bit faded. I forgot that the targeting/com scope wasn't painted; I was expecting silver (everyone else's the same?). While I'm not a fan of the "capt." heads (I prefer "trooper" or any of the others. I think it might be the lil' square nose), I'm thrilled to be able to say that this gap in my collection is now complete!
How were these originally acquired?
Seems like a repeat of the Cyan Spartan... First they were perceived to be limited but now there seems to be a warehouse full off these.
