I saw this a while back myself and just had to laugh (nearly upset me enough to cancel my out-standing DU order with them). As outrageous as this is, I can't imagine that anyone in their right mind (and much less, with 25K to blow) would actually be tempted. Moronic, but relatively harmless. Still, the principle of the matter is quite disgusting.

I hate this crap. It's how I lost the domain name for my forum. The registration expired and I couldn't get in touch with the guy who had made the original registration for all the renewal info. Couple weeks later, BAM! someone else has registered it and is offering it for sale.

Unfortunately no. Mega can of course buy the URL rights to any domain name it chooses and there have been successful lawsuit's brought against those attempting to snap up domain names just to milk businesses for them but as good old badass sells products of this nature he's within legality when he buys the domain name. But $25,000 to resell it? He should have his badass kicked!

This Dumb cloaca isn't going to get any money for this anyways. Was this douche high when he thought of this?! I mean first of all it isn't really his to sell because he doesn't own the WOW Mega Bloks line anyways! This SHOULD be illegal! Not to mention they're selling products that aren't even out for double the price! One word... Douche-bag. I want to she-dog Slap him so hard that he shits side ways for the rest of his life!
