For Halo I'm going to pick a small set for you to try and make your best creation using only the parts from the one set.
I decided to use the Arctic Rockethog for the set. Wanted to make sure I picked something that was not too old for newer fans or too new that you don't all have it. You can only use the parts the set calls for to build the warthog and ghost, not everyone will have the same extra bloks so to keep this fair they won't be used.
For DU I wanna see the best speeder you guys can come up with. The rules for this are simple, you must use any type of DU figure for the rider, the rest of your creation can be made from any brand. Now these are speeders, keep it a decent size, no super large dragon destroyer. You may have more than one occupant, but they have to be DU figures (Human or beast )
Starting February 1st you may start sending me PM's with photos of your entry, I will post the weekly photos for everyone to see. You will have the whole month to submit your entries. You can enter both sections of the contest, the more entries the better because this will effect the prizes
- To partake in this contest you must be a current member here as of today January 16th.
- You may enter both sections of the contest with only one entry for each section.
- All countries welcomed.
- Editing backgrounds for your submission is allowed, but will not count towards your entry.

P.S. Not sure what you're thinking for the HALO set, but if I could suggest something it would be to use a set that is <$25 price point. I only state this because many of my sets are already torn down and used for alternates OR are factory originals - so my entry will require another purchase

Yes the set will not be an expensive one, I'm trying to think of something most people have without it being a $10 set (far to few parts, entries may be too similar)

I think a warthog (v2 like the arctic) would be a great set for the Halo part because most people have a warthog.

I was already thinking of that Warthog, glad someone else wanted it. You don't have to use every part, just no extra.

Arctic Rockethog you say? Suh-weet, I have it! Good choice, it's a cheap set to buy these days anyway (my friend got one for £4 because it scanned up wrong at the shop he bought it from...). So we've just to create anything we can, using only pieces from the two vehicles in the set? Sounds fair enough!
Don't think I'll manage my original idea of 'THE HALO TRAIN' but we shall see...
Your DU speeder can have multiple occupants, as long as all figures are DU (Human and beast is allowed )

I was hoping it would be a different set...but oh well - hopefully I can find another one (my 1st got salvaged and turned to a medic hog). Regardless I'll enter the contest - if nothing else just for the fun of it

Ah, blast. I love having the freedom to use parts from other sources. Still, I will have to see what I can do. Out of curiosity can I used another color of Warthog? Same design mind you just a different color? Green perhaps?
