I wonder if McFarlane no longer has the licence for Halo action figures or if Mega has found a way around the licence restrictions (if there actually were any)?
Either way i'm glad to see we are getting some single figure packs that aren't "blind" bags (although those still have a place for releasing some good figs).

They still very much have the licence. 10 new figures for Halo 5 were just released a couple weeks ago...

The licencees have rights to scale ranges:

Mega 2"
McFarlane 5-10"
Play Arts Kai 11"
NECA 18"

I was hoping to see a set of Majetic team, but if all we get is Thorne, I will take it. I'm pretty excited for these single figure releases. I really hope they stick to that line and we get some great stuff.

Looks like Walmart wasn't the only store to accidentally post Delta series. TRU posted Delta and Echo.

Active Camo Elite is the Arbiter, confirmed by MEGA.

Looks like Pink Gen2 Hermes (Possible source of cheap female torsos), Gold Gen2 Protector, Orange Gen1 EVA, Copper Marine, Red Promethean Snipe Cralwer, Purple Imperial Grunt, Steel/Black Storm Elite, and White Flood Spartan.

In talking with MEGA designers this weekend at Fan Expo, the Pro-Builder Banshee is not being released. It was intended as a follow up to the PB Warthog, but I guess sales were not as good as they hoped for that scale.

Also, the Covenant Watch Tower will be the only boxed set in the spring line. New fireteams and customizers are likely though, along with the first Hero series - which should be a $4.99 USD price point.

Edit: I snapped some close-ups of the new tower set. Everything is a hand painted proto-type. The shield should end up being a more transparent orange.

Typical. Just goes to reinforce my theory that building sets aren't hot right now, it's the figures that most collectors crave.

Smiley

On the one claw this'll help me stockpile cash for the larger sets that typically come out in the late summer. On the other claw...damn, I might want to save a couple of sets for the dry spell.

Thanks for all the info!

Only one real set for Spring 2016? This isn't sounding good especially after a major launch...

Spring resources are being re-directed towards launching a certain soup-based franchise.

Is this an TMNT reference?

I'm glad it wasn't too opaque. Its apparently due for a spring 2016 release, which may mean early December in some parts.

Looks like some nice figures in Delta and Echo. I'm wondering if that White Flood Marine has a white torso as well?
As far as the figure being of greater interest in general than sets I will say it is usually the smaller packs like the blind bag, customizer pack and drop pods that I have trouble finding. Sets are usually pretty easy to find (except the small ones) and will sometime go on clearance (which could be another reason for fewer set releases a year).
Besides TMNT next year (which unless I missed it has not been confirmed to be a Collector series) there is also Star Trek coming out (which has a section in the Collectors forum now), which I'm looking forward to (The Borg vs. the UNSC oh yes).

Yeah, that does sound like fun haha. Which version of the turtles are they going to be doing?

Resistance to the fun of mixing up the different lines is futile.

Can anyone make out what the different figures are in Series Echo? The white Spartan is particularly baffling to me.
